Manufactured 2023 Curator’s Notes A refined Papegaei goblet. The rounded bowl and short, substantial stem give the glass some of the character of a traditional Belgian ale glass, although its proportions are noticeably more elegant.
Decoration is unusually restrained for a brand with a playful visual identity. The Papegaei name appears in outlined lettering, with the brewery's stylised parrot perched neatly above the central G. The bird and lettering form a particularly well-balanced single-colour motif, leaving most of the glass undecorated.
An elegant and surprisingly understated presentation for Papegaei's strong blond beer. I bought this after visiting the brewery in October 2026.
